Center for the Psychology of Women

There are presently no open calls for submissions.

Are you confident, intelligent, engaged? Witty, slightly snarky, honest? Up to date on feminist and political issues? Have an opinion about gender and society? The CPoW Blog (http://www.psychologyofwomen.com/blog/) is looking for contributors to write about current events and ideas from a feminist perspective. Our blog addresses diverse themes surrounding modern feminism. We are soliciting articles that explore a range of perspectives on the roles of women, men, politics, psychology, and relationships in global society. What do you think? We’d really like to know. Propose a piece related to the above topics and send us a writing sample.

Articles should be between 300-1500 words and should be professional and well-researched – although not academic; this is a blog, not an academic journal. Strong understanding of search engine optimization experience is preferred. We pay $20 for each published piece.

By submitting your work through this program, you are granting Center for the Psychology of Women the exclusive rights to edit, publish, and promote your work. Promotion of your work may include granting permission to other websites to reprint your work in part or, in rare cases, in full. After one week from the publishing date, publishing rights revert to the writer, provided the writer acknowledges its appearance with a link to the original post at CPoW blog in all future re-prints. Exceptions to the one-week exclusivity may be granted upon request.

Submissions will be only reviewed if they are sent through this system. NO EXCEPTIONS.
